Use and characteristic:

The oily water is not sucked directly into the special pump of the system to avoid the original oil-water emulsion, to ensure the separation with a high efficiency and to reduce the load of secondary emulsified oil separator, to prolong the life of device accordingly.

When discharged water from first stage separator is over 15ppm, It automatically enter into the second treatment chamber and continue to be treated . Discharging water below 15ppm would be discharged overboard. When the standard of the water from secondary stage are qualified, and after 20 minutes, the device will automatically switch to a working condition I, the process as above. When second stage oil separator treatment function failed and second discharge water is over 15ppm, 15ppm bilge water alarm devices would transmit alarm signal again. the treatment water return to bilge bottom. At this time, the device should be carried out relating to the maintenance or replacement of parts and components, in order to restore function.

When separated dirty oil should be up to the extent of collection on the top of first separator, Oil level detector to transmit signal, the screw pump stop, the water from pressure tank enters into the bottom of the separation device, to be back-flushing reversely through the congregation. Dirty oil on the top to be pressed by the back-flushing water, and discharged into the dirty oil tank.
