This electric-hydraulic steering gear is mainly composed by a set of rudder device,electric-hydraulic pump station,emergency system, operation console and spare oil tank.

Rudder devices:It is consist of rudder-pushing device, manual isolation valves,steering gear sender etc.It can be sorted of single rudder unit,double rudder units,special orders can be 3-4 rudder units. The rudder-pushing device is a mechanism which can change hydraulic energy into mechanical energy,by driving the rudder stock moving.

Electric-controlled steering gear pump station is a device which supply and control the hydraulic energy, The fuel tank,AC motor pump group and hydraulic system control valve is integrated. The steering gear equipped with two stets of pump stations and can be used alternately. Due to the transformation of the system can be quick and convenient,we can control the rudders in the cab or engine room.

Emergency system:

According to different navigation zone,the emergency system can have multiple forms,such as hand pump,accumulator,DC pumps sets.
