Product Introduction

Some Customer also called bow thruster as tunnel thruster. It can be installed at the bow or stern of the vessels. There is a nozzle outside of the thruster. Some customers called nozzle as tunnel or cylinder. The function of bow thruster is like this: It is a traversal propulsion device built into, or mounted to, either the bow or stern, of the ship or boat, to make it more maneuverable. Bow thrusters make docking easier, since they allow the captain to turn the vessel to port of starboard side, without using the main prolulsion mechnism which requires more forward motion for turning. Bow thruster widely be used on ferry, tugboat, passenger ships, tanker etc.
