1. The winch must be set up according to the specifications. The net height is not less than 2.0 meters, the net width is 2.4 meters, and the net depth is 2.0 meters. The roadway along the goaf is determined according to the actual situation of the roadway, and is based on the principle of not affecting safe operation.
2. Use pneumatic picks as much as possible for winch construction. Wooden shed or I-steel shed can be used for support according to different support types of the roadway. When the roof is intact, use anchor net support, when the roof is broken, use frame support
3. The foundation of 11.4KW small winch shall be casted with concrete, and its basic specification is 1.0×1.0×1.0m. The mixing ratio of cement, yellow sand, and stones (melon seeds) in the concrete is 1:2:2; the water-cement ratio is 0.4.
4. When the winch is supported by sheds, it should be carried out from the outside to the inside one by one. The shed and the shed should be connected with a support wood or tie rod to form a whole, and the waist and the support should be tightly connected. The shed distance should not exceed 0.7 meters. When anchor net support is adopted, the row spacing of anchor rods is 800×800mm.
5. The winch motor should be installed on the inner side of the small winch nest, and the operating space should not be less than 0.8 meters; the operating buttons are placed on the shelf, and the switches are placed neatly and should not hinder the operation of personnel.
6. Others shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations in the operating procedures.
