The stainless steel reactor uses a magnetic seal to drive the stirrer, which has the characteristics of low stirring torque, complete static sealing, no leakage, high temperature, high pressure, high vacuum, fast stirring speed, stable operation, low noise, and convenient use. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food and other industries.
The stainless steel reactor must be thoroughly cleaned after each use. If the cleaning is not clean or contaminated, the service life and reaction effect of the reactor will be affected.
The hazards of the stainless steel reactor not being cleaned:
1. The dirt on the mechanical shaft seal of the reactor will cause dangerous phenomena such as liquid leakage and gas jetting.
2. The heat exchange function of the uncleaned reactor is low, which increases the reaction time. The dirt adhering to the inner wall of the kettle will greatly reduce the heat exchange function, prolong the response time, and also reduce the quality of the product.
3. The dirt attached to the thermometer will delay the temperature measurement and affect the reaction control system.
4. The dirt attached to the bearing and the reversal part of the kettle will damage the mechanical shaft seal.
5. In the gap between the inside and outside of the reactor and the dirt, the liquid concentration will form a battery effect, corrode the adhesion surface of the dirt, aggravate the corrosion of the stainless steel reactor equipment, and affect the service life of the equipment itself.
